DDS 2.x and 3.x Drives
The DDS series drives are both digital and modular, so you can stack multiple drives with a single power supply, or use multiple power supplies. Indramat DDS drives can be controlled with Sercos, analog input, the DLC single axis control card, or with several other control cards.
DDS 2.1 and DDS 2.2 drives all look like the picture at right. They come in 14 different power ranges from 15A to 200A peak current. The difference between the DDS 2.1 and the DDS 2.2 is the version of firmware they use (Diax02 and Diax03 respectively).
DDS 3.1 and DDS 3.2 are also identical in external appearance. They come in 2 different power ranges, 30 and 50A peak current. Like the DDS 2.1 and DDS 2.2, the DDS 3.1 and the DDS 33.2 differ only in the version of firmware they use (Diax02 and Diax03 respectively).
