Rexroth HCS01 (IndraDrive S)
The HCS01 is a very compact converter with a power range from 100 W to 9 kW. SERCOS III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP and EtherCat interfaces are available through universal communication hardware. The HCS01, the first in the HCS family, is designed to work with MSM, MSK, and MCL servo motors as well as third-party motors. This drive is compatible with IndraDrive systems.
The flexibility and versatility of this drive makes it a good choice for printing presses, food handling and packing, machine tools, and general automation. The HCS01 is also suited to solar cell production and other semi-conductor applications.
The HCS01 is available in economy, basic, and advanced models. All have integrated safety systems and a high level of energy efficiency. These two factors could make this an appealing choice for an upgrade from earlier Rexroth electric servo drives.

Model Code Types
The model codes above represent a sample of the maximum current options, from 0003 as shown up to 0054. Following these codes, the Advanced (A-CC), Basic (B-ET) and Economy (E-S3) designations are followed by EC for Interface 1. The second and third interface designations come next, with NN (not equipped) as the default option. The final pair is FW (firmware). Thus, a complete model code might be HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-FW.
