Most of the time, finding the right number is fairly easy. There’s a label. It has numbers on it. Check out the kind of module you’re working with in our menu above and you’ll see the information you need:

- Controls
- Power Supply
For example, if you see that you have an Indradrive KSM, you can go right to the KSM page and look for the model numbers. You’ll see “KSM02.1B-041C-42” listed on that page. Look at the label on the unit and you may find exactly the same string of letters and numbers. Call us up, tell us that’s what you need help with, and Bob’s your uncle.
There are exceptions, though. For example, the drive above has all the numbers you want… on a small panel that pulls out. See it in the photo above? You’re not going to find it on the module itself unless you’re looking for it.
Once you look for it, though, you’ll find it easily. Which is just what you need at a time like this.
