Try gathering any clues on what parts were used in the manufacture of your specialized equipment by looking for any tell tale signs like labels, manuals, or even what’s written on different parts. Many customers call us because they see the words “Indramat” or “Rexroth” when they open up a cabinet.
Many times specialized machinery uses parts from a major company like Rexroth that were then tweaked for customization afterwards. This means that the base of the machinery parts is still something that is familiar to Rexroth engineers and Rexroth can usually repair them.
