A repair gets anything that needs to be fixed, fixed. A reman takes the component from the ground up and makes it new again.
What is reman?
Reman covers cleaning and repair of all components, plus repair or replacement of wearing parts:

- Fans
- Flanges
- Transducers
- Brakes
- Power semiconductors
- Sensors

- Battery packs
- Encoders

Motors will be relacquered, and you will receive a warranty up to 60 months, as well as the peace of mind that comes with knowing you don’t have to worry about spare parts or third party repairs.

How to use a remanufactured component
If one of your components needs to be replaced, you might feel pressure to upgrade or switch to a completely new unit. However, that replacement often will not work in the footprint of your old component. It may not run at the same speed or require the same ambient temperature. It might not connect with the connections in place for your old unit.
If you’re ready for a complete overhauled redesign, that’s great. If not, a reman can often keep your current machinery working just fine for a couple more years.
