Rexroth doesn’t provide original parts for third party repair shops. We’ve said before that we’ll leave it to your imagination to figure out how they get those parts.
But it doesn’t have to be entirely left to your imagination, because ads like the one at the top of this post are all over the place. Buying up nonworking machinery for parts is one way to get parts that can’t be bought from the manufacturer.
Substituting replacement parts from other machines is another possibility.

Factory repair
Factory repair brings your Rexroth modules back to you in like-new condition. Any parts that need replacement are replaced with original parts. If there have been updates and improvements to those parts since your unit was made, your unit will be repaired with the new and improved parts — at no additional charge.
